I am a coffee addict- i can proudly say , it is the sweetest routine and i just can’ t live not even one day without it .
For all of you – coffee lovers out-there i found 3 delicious coffee latte recipes . They are just divine , the smell , the taste .. the kick .. Perfect company tin this winter afternoons .
- Peppermint Mocha white chocolate Latte
I know the Christmas is over – but that doesn’t mean that you can not treat yourself with this perfection ! A short instructions :
Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/3 cup strong coffee or espresso
- 3 tablespoons (1.5oz) white chocolate, chopped (high-quality chips are fine*)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 Large candy cane
Optional Toppings
Whipped cream
Crushed candy cane for sprinkling
Instructions

Place candy cane in a plastic bag and use the bottom of a cup or meat mallet to crush it into small pieces.

In a small saucepan, combine milk and crushed candy cane. Heat milk, whisking occasionally until milk begins to steam.

Remove from heat, stir in chocolate, and continue to stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Add coffee or espresso to a 12-ounce cup. Whisk the milk and chocolate mixture vigorously (or use an immersion blender to process) until frothy. Pour over coffee. Top with whipped cream and more crushed candy cane if desired and enjoy!
2.Cinnamon Dolce Latte
I don’t know about you – but i adore cinnamon – and this recipe that i found is lighter cause it has coconut sugar. Beautiful .
ingredients

- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 cup double strength coffee*
- 1 cup milk (i used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1/16 teaspoon cinnamon
instructions
cinnamon sugar syrup:-
- in a small sauce pan, bring the water, sugar, and cinnamon to a boil. let boil for 2 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved. remove from heat and set aside.
latte:-
- brew a double strength cup of coffee.
- add milk to a sauce pan and warm or microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, or until desired warmth. froth milk once warm with a handheld frother or by adding milk to a blender and blending on high.
- in 2 coffee mugs, add 1 tablespoon cinnamon syrup, then divide the coffee and milk between both, finishing with the foam on top.
cinnamon sugar topping:- combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of foam.

3. Pumpkin spice latte
I love all the recipes with pumpkin , it ‘s one of my fav.ingredients and this latte will take your mood on another level . The taste and the smell are just divine !
Ingredients
2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree, see our homemade pumpkin puree recipe
1 to 3 tablespoons sugar, depending on how sweet you like it
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
1/2 cup strong hot coffee
Whipped cream, for serving
DIRECTIONS
Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot, but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and the coffee.
Divide the mixture between two mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
