Almost every weekend i want to take my son somewhere new.I am highly sensitive in environmental issues and i found the perfect spot for us to combine pleasure and knowledge.

It is a very unique Orchard “Perivoli” in Vari.It is so close to my house-but the feeling you have is as if you went on a small vacation.

I adore the fact that i can teach my son about ecology in such a family friendly place with no pressure.

The environment is based on permaculture-for all you that you are not familiar- it is a system of cultivation intended to maintain permanent agriculture orhorticulture by relying on renewable resources and a self-sustaining ecosystem. For me-this information was enough to pay a visit!

Imagine a nature that you can see only in coutryside,with chicken and fresh eggs everywhere,olive trees,all kinds of fresh vegetables growing like zucchini,green salads,oubergines.. Colourful and amusing!You can taste all this fresh products in their perfect picturesque restaurant ! Yum!

Play space

Kids all ages are going absolutely crazy about this place !The most rewarding thing about “Perivoli”is to see your kid connecting with the nature in the most beautiful way!My son didn’t want to leave!He got attached to one cute kitty even if he wasn’t big animal lover until that day!That’s huge for us.

There are variety of programs that you can come and attend-as gardening,”mud kitchen”,”little explorers” etc..You can see the weekly program here!

I loved walking around Perivoli,there are so many small spots where you can just rest and soak all the nature in!Small lake is one of them.Aris loved the frogs!

Absolutely safe and baby friendly.Perfect getaway just few minutes away from Vouliagmeni and Glyfada.The most important thing is that your kids are learning about ecology and environmental issues in the best way-by playing,touching and feeling the nature.
