I am obsessing over new recipe for chocolate cake that i just tried!It is moist and fluffy yet i do not feel guilty for eating 3 pieces since there is no eggs, no butter and it’s absolutely healthy!

Here is what you need :

 

INGREDIENTS:

350 gr farina

150 gr brown sugar

a bit of vegetable or canola oil

200 gr cacao

50 gr melted couverture chocolate

water

vanilla

baking soda

 

 


HOW TO?

-Mix the flower ,sugar,vanilla and a bit of baking soda well.Add cacao.In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients-Oil,melted couverture and water.Mix all the ingredients well without mixing it too much.

Preheat the oven at 180  C . Oil a bit your cake pan and add the mixture.Bake for 25 minutes.Serve chilled!

 

This is too easy to make!I would say this is my fitness treat-since one piece has only 100 calories.
