I loooove to eat , and i love to eat healthy. Thanks God – i am not a big fan of fried potatoes and meat, all kinds of greasy food, i just don’t like them- so i am lucky in that sense .

For me – the Heaven is – gluten free cauliflower pizza and carrot cake – not that this is not high calorie food- but – at least is healthy. In my next post i will write to you about these two recipes .

Today i will talk to you about Perfect brunch idea – for all moms and everyone who prefer eating foods that gives us the energy boost .

One of them is

AVOCADO TOAST

YUMMM.. my absolute fav.! Let’ s begin with the recipe!

All you need is –

  • 2 peaces of Zeas bread

  • 1 Ripe avocado

  • cherry tomato’s

  • A pinch Chilly

  • A pinch of Lemon

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • a pinch of olive oil

  • rucola salad for the side

The amazing thing about this Avocado toast recipe is that it is very healthy since the bread i use is Zeas bread , thin peaces – and combination of cherry tomatoes and avocado with chilly gives it sweet and spicy taste – Just absolutely delicious .

How to make it:

Cut two peaces of zeas bread and put it on the side . Clean the avocado and smash it with the fork in a ball . Add salt , pepper, a pinch pf chilly ,olive oil and lemon . Mix well. In a pan heat a pinch of olive oil and fry lightly cherry tomatoes until softened . Apply Avocado mix on the bread and finish it up with perfectly sweet cherry tomatoes on top. For the side – choose fresh rucola .
