We have to admit-flat tummy equals UNLIMITED HAPPINESS! You know these days when you wake up and your tummy is so flat-you almost don’t want to eat anything so it stays like that all day-cause you arranged to do to the beach with your friends?But somehow you end up eating a full bowl of milk and cereal-and you end up feeling bloated..Flat tummy is gone-and again you feel insecure and not so up for a beach!In todays post i will guide you trough how i managed to have my abs show this summer-some quick tips that you can use.
DO NOT DRINK COWS MILK
This is the first thing that’s at the NO NO list if you want to have your abs show.Cows milk is very bad for your health in general and not to mention that makes you feel bloated.This includes all the coffees with milk.You have to stop drinking your lattes if you wanna look good at the beach!
TRY TO AVOID CARBS COMPLETELY FOR 1 MONTH
If you manage not to eat carbs for 1 month i guarantee you that your stomach will look a lot better.Except that you will loose some kilos as well-your stomach fat will reduce.So forget about pastas and pizzas at night and take quinoa with meat.Carbs are so damn delicious but really bad if we want to look fit quickly.Do it-and you will remember me!If you can do it for a whole month-do it for 2 weeks.You will love it!
WHEREVER YOU ARE-DO ABS EXERCISE
One thing that helped me a lot is that-since i was 16 years old i am doing abs almost every day at home.If i am bored,watching a movie or just being lazy at home-i do my abs workout-and it instantly makes me feel better about myself!Like i achieved something(lol)!I just hate feeling that my day went by and i haven’t done my workout at least the one at home.Put that on your “Must do“list.
DRINK A LOT OF DETOX WATER
Water with lemon is something that i drink on daily basis.Except that it perfect for a weight loss-i just love this sour taste!It makes me feel like it REALLY burns fat!Make a cold lemonade(with no sugar-just lemon and water)and you will feel refreshed!Have it your fridge.
Even though my stomach isn’t entirely flat with 0 perfect fat-i like it.I am not a professional gymnast-and these advices are from “moms point of view” and,surely,they are working for me!All mommies that gave birth know how difficult it is to get your tummy back in shape-but you can do it if you simply follow your diet program with no carbs for a while-and every day workout.Go for it!!
