How do you like your eggs ?

Me,depends on a day.If i am on a diet program-i am eating egg white omelette with mushrooms!Generally i believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and i am being careful with what kind of foods i start my day!

 

 

Today i will share with you my favourite poached eggs recipe!I know everyone thinks that is super difficult to make successful poached eggs-but if you follow these steps and do

it few times-believe me-you’ll be perfect!

POACHED EGGS RECIPE 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs white wine vinegar
  • 2 free-rane eggs
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

 

 

How to?

  1. Fill a small pan just over one third full with cold water and bring it to the boil.

  2. Add the vinegar and turn down to simmer.

  3. Crack the eggs one at a time into a small bowl and gently tip into the simmering water.

  4. Lightly poach for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen towels.

  6. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
